Documented Route Coverage
GPS-logged patrol routes with checkpoint verification — every pass through the property creates a documented record of what was covered and when.
BSIS Licensed · PPO #122454 · California
BSIS licensed patrol officers covering large properties and multi-site portfolios by vehicle — checkpoints logged, routes randomized, and every patrol documented in real time.
WHAT THIS SERVICE COVERS
Most properties don't need a guard standing at the gate around the clock. They need consistent, documented coverage — proof that someone professional checked every corner of the property, tested the locks, and logged what they found. Mobile patrol provides that coverage efficiently across large footprints, multiple buildings, or several sites in a single shift.
Each patrol officer follows a structured route with GPS-verified checkpoints so the client always has a documented record of coverage. Routes are randomized to eliminate predictable patterns. If something is found — an open door, a suspicious vehicle, a fence breach — it is documented in the platform immediately and the client is notified.
GPS-logged patrol routes with checkpoint verification — every pass through the property creates a documented record of what was covered and when.
Officers physically test doors, gates, and access points during every patrol pass — not just drive by and report.
Patrol timing and routes are varied throughout the shift to prevent predictable patterns that would allow someone to plan around the patrol schedule.
Anything found — open access points, unauthorized persons, damage, hazards — documented in real time and pushed to the client immediately.

Lock check results are logged at each designated access point — including failures, damage, or anything found unsecured during the patrol pass.
Officers photograph and document findings during patrol — clients see what was found and when without waiting for a morning summary.
Where cameras cover patrol zones, clients view live feeds through the Watchful Guard app alongside the GPS patrol data.
"Every patrol officer is BSIS licensed, GPS-tracked, and documented from the first checkpoint to the last."
Watchful Guard · PPO #122454
All mobile patrol officers hold current BSIS Security Guard registrations issued by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services. Watchful Guard is a licensed Private Patrol Operator under PPO #122454.
All patrol officers undergo comprehensive background checks before deployment. We do not assign personnel who have not cleared our full vetting process to any client property.
Officers complete BSIS-required training hours and site-specific orientation — including patrol route walkthroughs and post order review — before their first patrol shift.
Mobile patrol is the right security model when a property needs documented, professional coverage across a large footprint or multiple locations without the cost of standing posts at every access point.
Multi-building business parks where after-hours patrol coverage across parking lots, common areas, and building perimeters is a property management standard.
HOAs and multifamily properties where nightly patrol through common areas, parking structures, and perimeter access points supplements gate access control.
Industrial yards and warehousing operations where large perimeters and overnight operations need regular documented patrol without full-time standing posts.
Strip centers and shopping centers where after-hours parking lot and perimeter patrol deters vandalism and unauthorized access between business hours.
Tell us about your property footprint, the number of sites, coverage windows, and what you need documented each patrol pass. We will scope a BSIS licensed patrol program that matches your requirements.
